Quotes and contracts

A quote issued by Flush Floors Limited is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. It does not form a contract until you confirm acceptance in writing (email counts) and we confirm receipt. Our written quote, together with our standard installation terms provided at acceptance, form the complete agreement between us.

Deposits and payment

For domestic work we typically require the material cost at order and the balance on completion. For commercial work we offer standard 30-day invoice terms after handover, or an agreed stage-payment schedule for larger projects. Specific terms are stated on each individual quote.

Warranty

Our workmanship is warranted for 12 months from completion. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by range — we supply the warranty paperwork at handover. Warranty claims must be raised in writing to the contact details below.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any breach arising from the installation is limited to the value of the invoiced contract. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or anything else which cannot be excluded by law.

Variations

Changes to the scope of work after acceptance are priced as variations and added to the invoice. We'll confirm variations in writing before carrying them out.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
